O.k, I know vegans are very creative and I can find recipes for gummy bears, but no jelly beans. Since April is also National BTL month, let me introduce you to the TLT from Good Stock. I have tried almost everything on the menu, but the TLT is one of my favourites!
I would melt some Enjoy Life chocolate and dunk in some tasty raw cashews, let it firm up in the fridge on a parchment lined cookie sheet. IF you have some leftovers, store them in the fridge in an air tight container, like a mason jar. Enjoy!
