Do you know how hard it is to find a vegan cherry turnover recipe? It should be listed as an extreme sport. I’m going to modify a recipe, I just won’t be able to do so before the end of the day. So this is what I plan on doing.
1 box puff pastry
1 can of cherry pie filling
1. Thaw puff pastry.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Cut into squares, put a spoonful or two in the centre. Fold over, brush the edge with a little water, pinch to seal it.
4. Bake for about 20 mins.
