Thai chickpea almond curry. This is one of my fav’s by Dreena Burton! Sorry no photo until I find out who to give the credit to. 

Zucchini noodle salad with moroccan chickpeas from nourishing noodles. Might be a long name but it only takes longer to say the name than make it. This is a great summer recipe as there’s no cooking time and it’s nourishing. Photo credit goes to Kathy Hester from Healthy Slow Cooking.
