The possibilities are endless. Originally I wanted to have some whacky cake, with a few scoops of So Delicious ice cream, a dollop or two with their whipped cream, a drizzle of my chocolate sauce and a healthy scoop of Enjoy Life chocolate chips.
But, I couldn’t wait for the cake to finish baking and well I forgot about the whipped cream. But wow, I still ended up with a great Sundae.
1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon arrowroot starch.
2-3 tablespoons of agave.
Whisk all ingredients in the pot, heat over medium low until it starts to thicken- remove. Let cool for a few minutes, drizzle on ice cream.
As it cools the more it thickens and turns into the best tasting pudding you ever had!!
