Nov 7- National Bittersweet Chocolate with Almond Day

Chocolate and almonds? Sign me up for this!! Here’s an easy recipe to get your fix!

Brandie’s Chocolate Cover Almonds

Makes 1 cup. 

1/2 cup of Enjoy Life’s dark chocolate chips

1 cup whole almonds


1. Melt the chocolate in a pan on low heat, keep an eye on it, it will burn fast. Or melt in the microwave or use the double boiler method. 

2. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the almonds coving every single inch of those nuts. 

3. Place the chocolate covered almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Don’t over lap or you will end up with clusters. Which isn’t really a bad thing. 

4. Place in freezer for about 20-30 mins. 

Store these in an air tight container in the fridge. That is if you have left overs.
