Nov 3- National Sandwich Day

I wanted to make this sandwich for a vegan snack down challenge but I didn’t have the time to pull that off. But I knew I had to make this today!!

So easy, get a loaf of bread, some Gardein meatballs, Daiya cheese– I used smoked Gouda and my marinara sauce. 

  1. Cook meatballs in air fryer at 200 for 18 mins, shaking once. 
  2. Cut the top of the loaf and set it aside. 
  3. Place some sauce in the bread, add the meatballs, top with cheese. 
  4. Air fry on 200 for 2 mins. 
  5. Enjoy!!!
