Sept 19- National Butterscotch Pudding Day

Meet the Shannons has an easy recipe. Keep them in mind if you want vanilla or chocolate pudding as well.

Eat and Talk thinks I will be able to let the pudding chill for 4 hours or overnight. I wonder if I could do a quick chill in the freezer for a half hour and it will be ready to be devoured?

Ricki Heller uses squash in her recipe. I think this would be a very tasty pudding.
