National Gyro Day

Grilled veggie gryo’s with creamy cucumber dill sauce can be found over at Oh My Veggies. She fills her pita’s or flat bread with portabella mushrooms, red pepper, zucchini, red onion, and drizzles homemade creamy dill sauce over top.

Seitan Gryo’s can be found at Veg Kitchen. These babies are filled with seitan, topped with lettuce and tomatoes. Then a creamy dill sauce.

Here’s a twist on Gryo’s. How does a Gryo Salad sound? Damn good right? Check out The Crunchy Chronicles for her recipe. Loaded with chickpeas, greens, tomato, red onion- topped with Tztziki sauce. Yummy.
